General controls and instructions for the training day at the center

1 - General requirements for training

• Attend at the specified training times for the training day, starting at 8 a.m. to register in the reservation department, with the lectures starting at 9 a.m.
• The trainee must get enough hours of sleep before beginning training.
• The trainee must have a (valid) driving license according to the vehicle category and the national ID card.
• Adhere to the appropriate uniform and wear shoes only during training.
• Adherence to security and safety instructions within the center and the trainer’s directions during training.
• Not accompanying the trainee during the training day. Photography is prohibited in the training halls or training fields, and the center’s logo must not be used in advertisements except with written approval from the center’s management. It is prohibited to use a mobile phone during training in lecture halls or training fields.
• Training with the trainee’s cars must adhere to the availability of technical conditions such as the validity of (tyres – Seat belt – Speedometer – Side mirrors – Brakes – Spaces - ... ).
• Maintaining the centre’s facilities, training halls and furniture.
• The trainee's training day will be canceled if he violates the center's controls and instructions, and the day will be charged to the trainee.
• The client shall bear any costs that may result from his failure to comply with instructions or any damage to the center.

2- General requirements for activities at the center

• Adherence to the start and end times of the day according to the center’s official working hours from 8 am to 4 pm or according to the contract concluded by both parties.
• Commitment to obtaining all required approvals from the relevant security authorities to organize any events (Ministry of Interior).
• Commitment to medical insurance for all participants in terms of the presence of an ambulance at the event.
• Adherence to safety, occupational health and security rules within the center.
• Adherence to the trainers’ instructions in accordance with the center’s instructions.
• It is prohibited to create, construct, or modify any paths in the infrastructure (electricity, plumbing, asphalt) except after approval from the center management and under the supervision of the maintenance department.
• Commitment to deliver the center after the end of the activities in the same condition as received. In the event of any damage, the entity is obligated to return it.
• The item is returned for its original value, or financial compensation is paid in accordance with the concluded contract.
• The organizing party is responsible for any accident resulting from violating the center’s instructions, without any responsibility on the center’s management. Prior coordination and communication are made with the center’s management 72 hours before organizing the event to agree on the work assigned to each party and the method and time of its implementation in accordance with the concluded contract.
• The center's management has the right to stop the event in any event that the entity violates any provision of the management's instructions.
